This a Kernel Tweaker application , which allows one to change clock freq, or schedulers, governors etc, It has many other useful and suggested tweaks that can be used for better performance.This app has various functions,

This application is universal and will work on any Android Phone WITH ROOT ACCESS!
Except the voltage feature which is specific for the Titanium kernel, which is available for many devices.
This is because under volting is differant for differant kernels.
Other thank this everything will work on every cell,
Ur kernel should support it.
Adding this application to ur RamDisk is perfectly OK. please give a link to the xda thread or the google play link
The application works all the way from Froyo(2.2) to JellyBean(4.1).
In case of any bugs please report them, and give the logcat if possible.
